Parent Teacher Interviews
PARENT TEACHER INTERVIEWS take place Thursday November 28 from 1:00 to 7:30 pm.
All interview bookings must be made through the ONLINE booking system
Important Dates to Note:
November 18 – Online booking system opens at 7:00 am
November 27 – Booking system closes at 11:30 pm
November 28 – Early Dismissal 11:30 am

beginning at 1:00 pm, ending 7:30 pm
November 29 – No School (day in lieu)
HOW TO BOOK YOUR PARENT-TEACHER INTERVIEWS (system opens Nov 18)
The booking system is accessed through your PowerSchool Parent Portal account. You require your Powerschool parent portal login in order to access the booking system. This is the same system you log into to check your child’s marks. If you require assistance with your parent login, please contact the school office immediately.
Please note that booking access to the system opens at 7:00 am on November 18 and closes at 11:30 pm on November 27. Bookings are first come, first served, limited to one 10-minute time slot per child. If you require additional time please contact the teacher(s) to arrange for another mutually-convenient date/time. Also if the teacher(s) you wish to see does not have any available slots left when you are booking, please contact them directly to make other arrangements.
Step 1 – Go to the PowerSchool Parent Portal at https://powerschool.redeemer.ab.ca/public/.
Log in with your Powerschool parent portal username and password.
Step 2 – Once logged into your parent account,
-click on the icon which is at the top right of the screen
-then click the Parent-Teacher Conference booking system link.
This will take you to the CTR Conference Manager system.
Step 3 – Book your Parent-Teacher interviews
The time slots are 10 minutes each for November 29 from 1:00-4:40 pm and from 5:30-7:20 pm. (Interviews will take place in designated classrooms and the gym) Select all the teachers with whom you wish to meet. You will see each teacher’s schedule and what times are available. After booking your appointments you can print off your schedule. You also have the option of submitting comments or questions to the teacher as part of the booking process.
You can log into the system at any time to view your bookings, print, or cancel and re-schedule appointments.
Step 4 – Email confirmation and reminder emails
Once appointments are booked, you will receive a confirmation email from firstname.lastname@example.org. Adding this email address to your address book in your email program will help ensure it over-rides any spam filters. You will also receive an email reminder before your interview to confirm your upcoming bookings.
