Hot Lunch Program

The Hot Lunch Program at Holy Cross is run by HCC School Council.  Online ordering is open 3 times a year for Fall, Winter and Spring Sessions.  Emails are sent out to parents to advise when ordering is open for each session.  Payment can be made online by credit card or by EXACT cash sent to the school office by the deadline. Cheques are NOT accepted.


Fall Session:  October 5 and 19, November 2, 16 and 30, December 14 - Ordering open September 16 to 25

(Grade 9's do not order on Nov 2 as this is Take Our Kids To Work Day and students will be off-site)

Winter Session: January 11, February 1 and 15, March 8, 15 and 29 - Ordering open December 2 to 11

Spring Session:  April 12 and 26, May 3, 17 and 31, June 14 - Ordering Open March 17 to 26

PICKING UP LUNCHES:  Please remind your children they need to pick up their lunches promptly on Hot Lunch Days.  Please note that if your child is away on a day they ordered hot lunch, unclaimed lunches cannot be saved unless previous arrangements have been made with Tina, the Hot Lunch Co-ordinator.  A parent or sibling can pick up on their behalf if they like.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!  We are looking for volunteers to help distribute hot lunch.  Time commitment would be approximately 11:30 to 12:30 on Hot Lunch days.
